All things considered Kathy provided the ideal support my family and I needed to go through the sale of our property. The ongoing consistent efforts of dealing with our family, the other relator/buyer, the HOA, escrow, the 'crazy' lender, and I'm sure the C21's office, took Kathy's amazing quality of tenacity, perseverance, and poise (especially being a buffer as for going through all the issues pertaining to the lender) to another level.

Much more positivity could be said about how things were handled.

Suzanne Good did a great job when we got several low offers in getting us a full price offer. She got the listing mid March just as things closed down with Covid. When things started opening up, we dropped the price slightly and were able to sell quickly with a fast escrow. We had a previous realtor who was unable to sell the property.
